"The room and reception/ common areas were all very clean. I had a single room on the top floor and it was a good size for one person with plenty of cubboard space for clothes storage. The staff were all friendly. I was always able to get parking right outside the property. The B&B is a very short walk from the beach and about 1/2 mile to the pier. I was very happy with my stay here."

"Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. "I will just say that I found blood stains on my bed linen and duvet cover. Also the room smells unbelievably terrible, even worse than the bathroom, to the point that I have to leave the window open throughout the night.
