"Great location (you can walk to so many things) and everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind. The room was good size with a view overlooking the zoo. Really clean hotel inside and out. Some thoughts. I had breakfast included in my stay it was fine, but I just traveled from Slovenia where you could tell everything was made fresh and hot food was hot. Here the breakfast for the cost wasnt really worth it - some food items were just lukewarm but the coffee was great. Also in my room the shower water didn’t get very hot and would turn to cold without warning which made showering a bit of challenge. Eventually I figured out the timing when the water would turn cold so I could step out of the way and wait to resume the shower. It was like a minute of hot water and then 30 seconds of freezing cold. I also had an issue with my hotel door - I needed to really push and pull yo make sure it was locked. The rooms were very quiet for sleeping - you couldn’t hear a thing"

"We stayed four days in the family suite. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that everything in the minibar was free, including sparkling water, orange juice, wine and beer. The location is very well connected to the s-bahn and u-bahn. It was easy to get around. Unfortunately the pillows were old and barely supported your neck. So we did not get as good of a sleep as we could. Would stay here again."

"Very convinient location - steps to direct train to the airport and flixbus bus stop, 15 min walk to museum island. The room.was clean. Having a kettle was nice. Would be great to have mini fridge. AC was on max while it wasn't hot at all outside, so the room was freezing."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. We loved the room with a small balcony. A small complain. our keys didn’t work because I was told the city taxes were not paid at the time of checking in. Of course it was paid otherwise you don’t get a key. They have a very slow hardware so the computer took us about 15 minutes to check us in. Staff was very pleasent and embarked for why the computer was so slow."
