"The resort is absolutely incredible! The food, facilities, pools, views, staff, breakfast, spa, activities are all 10/10! Really amazing and peaceful! The only thing I would say is that it is quite far from the town, 30mins drive. So its not as easy to just go out and walk around, unless you like rural Ubud. If you wanted to go shopping, it is a bit far away, and getting gojek transport to and from is quite difficult, took us a while. But to be honest, you could spend a whole week just in the resort, its that good. We did not really go out much! "

"The Parigata Resort and Spa was great! We stayed in the family room one night before heading over to Nusa Penida. They promptly addressed any needs we had as well as arranged drivers. They even held our bags for free while we were in Nusa Penida. Twin beds in the room were very comfortable. The king bed was a little stiff and possibly an older bed. If there were any room for improvement, I would say a more comfortable sitting chair and more pest (bug) control options. "

"The Grand Palace Sanur exceeded our expectations. The staff and level of service were phenomenal. Our room was beautifully appointed with every commodity imaginable. We were even offered a showing room for our late departure from the hotel. This enabled us to freshen up before our flight home. The only disappointment was the poor condition of the footpaths outside the hotel. Being on a busy highway made walking to the beach and shopping precincts difficult particularly in the dark . The footpaths were very unsafe with broken and damaged sections. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to return. Repairs to the footpaths would make this a perfect accommodation choice when staying in Sanur."

"We had a plunge pool access room and it was so worth it . Loved not having to carry books , towels etc poolside as we could step straight into the plunge pool straight off our room . They are private from the public but not isolated . Breakfast was included with options for all dietary requirements "

"Great hotel to stay in, the accommodation was second to none. Not much out the front of the hotel, but plenty of places to eat and shop behind it and the beach not far past that."
