"The check in was a breeze. Room was awesome. Very clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was more like a restaurant buffet. Not just muffins and juice. This will be my go to hotel when needing to stay in Tampa. "

"Everything was perfect about our stay! Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom amenities, such as towels, lotions and bathing products were good quality. The beds were very comfortable and the Keurig coffeemaker was really appreciated! Before check-out, we enjoyed the Continental breakfast. (I'm gluten-free, so I was very happy to find a delicious omelet, sausage, and GF pancakes that I could have!) Check-out was quick. We would definitely come back to this area and this specific hotel again!!"

"Bad area. Someone was smoking illegal substances on the steps. Room door was worn and warped. Not nice."

"No lo recomiendo. Los pasillos, el cuarto estaban sucios. Las toallas del baño manchadas y con pelos. El lavamanos tapado. Realmente no cumple con la expectativa que uno espera como consumidor. Tuve que costear otro lugar por las condiciones y reclamar al hotel. Solo quedaron en reembolsarme 1 noche cuando lo que estuve fue ni dos horas. Por las condiciones en que me entregaron el cuarto."

"The room was dirty, first night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the bathtub was rusted, bed covers had a holes, in the morning the the housekeeper instead of knocking on the door, she just opened the door without asking first, we were at sleep and we got so scared because it was just me and my daughter and before we left we put the sign on the door and still they entered the room. Never again, was the worse experience ever."

"Great breakfast, the friendliest staff ever and decent/minimal but clean room. Comfy bed and space, my biggest complain would have to be the bathroom. In theory, I like the idea of the sliding barn door being the door for the bathroom and the closet, but because there isn’t any way to lock it, it creates a very big lack of privacy and security. The shampoo and conditioner bottles where not filled enough and we ran out of it + the cleaning crew didn’t come to clean our room even if our stay was short."

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert venue and picked us up after the concert as well. Lyss and Mike (shuttle drivers) were so nice and helpful. The place was clean and smells good. Provided a lot of pillows and the firmness and softness were right (which is very important to me). Not too soft that you feel you are drowning and sinking into the pillows. The shower was the best as well. And most especially the staff from the receptionist to the cleaning crew. Special mention to Diane, Steve, Pablo, Radeka, Kevin and Rosa. Keep up the good work."
