"Overall the staff is superb, professional, friendly and very helpful, including cleaning staff. However the bathroom needs some TLC, there's weird smell entering to the shower stall, bathtub is cracked and water doesn't flow properly in the sink. "

Having one king bed and one queen bed made it perfect for our family of four with two older kids. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our stay, my wife developed a blister after visiting the Great Wall, and the staff kindly provided alcohol-soaked cotton tips—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The laundry service was also very convenient. It made managing our clothes effortless, as they handled the washing, drying, and delivered everything right back to our room. The location is another big plus. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Nanlishi Lu subway station, which makes it very easy to get around and access popular sightseeing and historical attractions. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!"
