"The resort had a lot to offer. The front desk clerk, Nika, went over everything in detail so we knew how to enjoy our stay. We took advantage of the pool facilities, which were a little walk down the street but shuttles were available from the hotel. We had some salads at the pool and they were delicious. We ate at the blackbird Asian restaurant and the service there was impeccable Josea and Savannah provided some of the best service we’ve ever received, and the food was delicious as well. We were there for happy hour and tried all the appetizers on the menu as well as the orange chicken, delicious. The room itself was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was an upgrade from what we booked. It was very convenient (short drive, shuttles are also availabl) to the fifth Avenue shops and restaurants as well as other parks and beaches nearby. Hope, the concierge assisted us with finding a great shark’s tooth beach as well as reservations to blackbird. We enjoyed the fitness facility with free weights and some workout equipment."

"The property was exceptional. The room was cleaned and was given fresh towels every day. The beach view had a perfect sunset view. The breakfast was OK but very expensive and not filling. I was taken back on the $40 per day charge to park when I pay enough fees and high enough cost to stay at the resort"

"We booked a 5-day stay. The room was very small, especially the bathroom. We had to ask for clean towels every day, and one day we had to return the used, wet ones to the front desk first. We emptied our own trash. The coffee pot and coffee were never refilled with more cups, etc. The breakfast bar had some odd items on it, like meatballs as the meat of the day. Never any fresh fruit like bananas or apples. I was disappointed in the whole experience of my stay."

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Bayfront. We always enjoyed but this time they hit us with a $40 parking fee and most of the time there was no parking. It was a turn off."

It was tough on our backs. The bedding was wonderful but the bed took a toll on us. Breakfast was ok, eggs were wet, potatoes were room temp. Location was great.
