"Our stay was off to a bad vibe the minute we arrived. Nobody present at valet parking. When we approached another vehicle had previously arrived. Nobody was helping them either. The lady on 4/6 in the pant suit was rude. She came out to help the older couple. I instructed my husband to grab a cart & we'd just get our luggage. She told him he wasnt allowed. We waited. She loaded the luggage on the cart. Set it to the side. We went in to check in only to be told we were staying at building 3 & she needed to retrieve our vehicle, reload our luggage, & drive down the hill to do it all over again. The room was beautiful. The canal view at other peoples homes was blah. The 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk to pool, spa, and gym thru traffic was interesting, not. Thank goodness i packed a coverup. Called for a shuttle ride to dinner 5th/3rd st area we were told 45 min wait. I could understand if it was 5pm. It was 7pm. The staff at the pool bar was not attentive. They didnt make eye contact or take clues of empty drink glasses being pushed their way. Not a single employee stood out that i could give a good job recommendation. We go on vacation once a month and this trip was in our bottom for experiences. "
