"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

"We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...

"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water. I recommend this hotel."

"Großzügige, moderne Zimmer mit komplett eingerichteter Küche, eine tolle Unterkunft für verschiedene Bedürfnisse. Der Service, vor allem die Reinigungskräfte, ist extrem im Kundenwünsche bemüht. Als einziger Verbesserungswunsch wäre das Frühstück auf der Terrasse zu nennen. Wir wollten gerne draußen essen, was aber nicht gerne gesehen wurde. Wir haben uns gefragt, warum es die möblierte Terrasse dann gibt."
