"Lovely hotel with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a Lake View room; waking up to panoramic views of the lake and volcanoes was unforgettable. The room itself was huge, very spacious, and spotless. The bathroom was smaller but perfectly fine, and having a fridge was convenient. Complimentary water is provided on the first day, and you can refill bottles at the water dispenser in the lobby. I stayed here in winter, and the hotel was wonderfully warm and cosy. Some reviewers mentioned street noise, but I didn’t experience any issues. All staff were super friendly, polite, and very helpful — and they speak English. A complimentary breakfast buffet was included, featuring mostly pastries along with cereals, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, juices, and other items. It would be nice to have fresh juices instead of sugary ones, and boiled eggs were only available on one of the four mornings. Still, I was lucky to always get a window table, making breakfast with a lake view a highlight. Wi‑Fi was painfully slow in the rooms, though faster in the lobby. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great facility and, more importantly, the people working there. I have a flight at 6 AM, and despite not asking to go, breakfast was ready, as well as constant contact with the taxi to avoid delays. Great night crew and outstanding facilities."

"Great place to stay in Puerto Montt. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had an early flight and they made sure we had breakfast to go and a way to open the parking lot gate ourselves. The rooms are basic but get the job done. There is laundry service for ~6$, which was great."
