"Clean room, stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed them very much."

"The water in the shower was very cold. Unable to turn it to the hot. The leaver would not go to the hot. Had to take cold showers."

"We enjoy staying here while in Dubuque. Rooms are always clean, bed is comfortable, air conditioner and fridge work great. They did take out their laundry room on a recent remodel and the pool right outside the rooms make it very noisy in the rooms. We like the jacuzzi room, which has so much room and we love the jacuzzi."

"The beds really weren’t that comfortable and the fire alarm started going off at 8am when a kid pulled the alarm and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it shut off right according to The front desk. The shower head leaked bad causing horrible water pressure"

"I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. "The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area.
