"The hotel is extremely pleasant. Very colonial and comfortable. Nice and warm room. Our only problem was that we had a downstairs room and they all had lights over the door which stayed on all night. I tried to wedge the blind at the edges but it still let in a lot of light. "Wonderful wintersun retreat overlooking costa adeje. We were happy we chose to stay in this area rather than La Caleta as its buzzier, has more restaurants options and lies directly on the nicest bit of the promenade (access via 5min down/uphill walk). Hotel did not feel busy at any point, and sunloungers were plenty. "There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see."

Was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es sich, wie es im Hotelnamen steht; um Hard Rock und Metal handeln würde! Stattdessen bekommt man ziemlich viel elektronische Musik zu hören! "Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"
