"We booked a river view room (online says stairs, but it’s 3 flights of stairs) but when we went in the room it was 80 degrees inside. Asked at the front desk & they said that’s was normal but they could move us. They moved us to Uncle Henry’s room, nice but smaller (not close to what we paid for…queen bed instead of king, not a suite, no whirlpool tub) but it was 71 degrees. "I slept like a baby! Sheets, 4-poster bed, the room was so comfy. Coffee, water in the living room. Very attentive when I called and even gave a superb dinner recommendation. As part of the BNB experience, brunch was excellent at the Duff Green Mansion and the tour of the Mansion is not to be missed. Great stay!!"
