"My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable."

The host’s hospitality truly stood out; they were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and quick, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home."

"Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave."

Pools are great. I highlight the staff professionalism and responsiveness one more time. Keep up the great work and ambiance. "
