The room was very clean. The staff was amazing with helping us with amenities f0r our kids. Breakfast was great and had alot of options. The only thing I would say is even though we had out air conditioning as low as it would go it never got really cool in our room. But we were on the top floor and it was very hot and humid at this time of year.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good (although the bananas were very green and the omelets had a spicy pepper in them), but the price of the room seemed high ($219 plus taxes) for a night in Terre Haute, Indiana. The property and rooms could also use a little more upkeep.

Everything went great! The breakfast was good! The check in & check out process was easy! The beds were comfortable, even the trundle bed. The room was clean. The only problem we had was with the shower faucet where you pull the top part of the faucet up so the water feeds up to the shower head - this part was stuck & we couldn't get it to pull up. We worked on it for a while & finally got it to go up. Once we got it to go up, we didn't put it down again for fear that it wouldn't go up again.

Great experience with the staff and our suite was clean and comfortable. The only dislike we had which doesn't have anything to do with our hotel suite at all, was the road leading into the hotel being very narrow and a huge manhole with a caution cone sitting in the middle of it. It was just a huge eye-sore upon entering the hotel road near their property.
