Me, my daughter and granddaughter stayed here one night for spring break and had the worst experience with the pool. They said there under new mgmt and used a new chemical called Borinne instead of chlorine but we were in the pool for 5 hours and didn’t smell or know anything was happy and when we all got out of the pool we could not stop coughing and wheezing. Worst experience ever then had to call fire dept/paramedics and get checked out vitals were all good so we thought it would eventually go away after a few hours but we all coughed all night and skin burning and eyes burning. We could not stop coughing from exposure to this chemical so checked out at 4 am and went to emergency room in Rockwall because there is no hospital in Terrell. They said we have to just let the chemical get out of our system but it was scary and we are all still coughing

My daughter had to stay due to the weather and had a very nice 3 day stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating and courteous. They have a very nice selection for breakfast and the breakfast staff was most friendly, she had a smile on her face all three days. This hotel is a little older but the cleanliness and staff make the stay worth it!

The front office ladies were so sweet and kind. The pool was heated felt great. My kids and I went for a mini stay- cation and we loved it, will for sure be back. Great staff

Very clean, breakfast was terrible. Eggs had veggies and cheese. We couldn't eat it and sausage was old and like cardboard. We had to go else where for breakfast.

The staff was excellent. The first room they put me in. It smelled so bad I could not stand in there. I had to request another room the second room they put me in smelled but not as bad as the first room the bed sink to the way down where I had to sleep at the end of the bed there’s a piece of tile in the bathroom that I did not know was lifted up and when I walked in there in the middle of the night, I had kicked it with my foot so then I had to put a towel or root, so I wouldn’t do that again. I also found three or four roaches in the bathtub. I actually took one roach and put a couple over it so they could see it when they came into clean. The hotel needs upgraded really bad on the inside the rooms it is way outdated.

Everything was great except for the stale, mildewy smell in our room. We did mention it to the front desk and when we got back to our room that night it didn’t seem to smell as bad. Thank you for all you all do, especially our cleaning ladies, they did a great job during our stay. Everyone was polite and friendly, will stay there again when needed!!!

Breakfast staff was excellent all days. But one of my two rooms had 32 or 40 inch TV. That was so disappointing. Hotel too cheap to put lager TVs in all rooms. How can they overlook that. Also, there was only 2 luggage carts at the hotel with 4 floors; again that’s stupidity in their management. Especially during holidays.

The staff was great! The room itself needs work. Tile around the tub was loose and sharp. The water pressure for the shower was nearly nonexistent, unless you had it on scalding. The beds are uncomfortable, I could feel the springs all night. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean. We weren't able to use the pool as it was closed for some reason.
