"They are making progress , but definitely not there yet. They installed their new flooring throughout and the main lobby looks very nice once more. The rooms still need a lot more TLC. It’s mostly a lot of painting and minor things that are mostly just labor. i think my ceiling had 5 different shades and sheens of white on it for instance. If I owned the place, I would just have one guy fix one room per day. It wouldn’t be a ton of money, mostly just that person’s labor. They should try to do something with the old pond too. Maybe 3-4 mini golf holes or well anything. They just filled it in with dirt and left it. Maybe at this rate in 5 or 10 more years it will be looking very nice. Heading very slowly in the right direction. They have a captive audience of nearly 3 million people down the hill so there’s a lot of potential demand anyway."
