"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber, besonders gut hat uns das darum herum, wie Aquarium und Autoausstellung, gefallen. Das Frühstück hätte im Vergleich zum Rest etwas reichhaltiger sein können."

"Positief: Leuk hotel, voor kinderen. Ontbijt is prima, vriendelijk personeel en goede parkeergelegenheid. Negatief: geen airco, hierdoor was het in onze kamer 30 graden. Niet te doen met slapen. Geen koelkast of waterkoker of koffie apparaat op onze kamer. Vooral de hitte in het hotel was voor ons een reden om nooit meer in de zomer daar naar toe te gaan. Ze boden wel ventilatoren en flessen water aan maar dit gaf met 30 graden geen verschil."

"We were warmly welcomed by Sophia who was excellent in handling our check-in. We checked in bit late but nevertheless she was very helpful in giving us our keys very fast and guiding us to our room. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was ich benötigte. Die Lage ist zugleich wunderschön, wie beschwerlich. Mitten im Zentrum und zwischen Fußgängerzone und Fluss gelegen. Der Nachteil daran ist, dass man mit dem Auto nicht ganz ranfahren kann und sich umliegend in ein Parkhaus einmieten muss. "The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
