"Ours was a five night stay in The Old Paper Shop. Located on a busy road however night time noise was minimal. Once our car was parked we could walk everywhere for shopping, drinks at the pub and visiting the sites. Very comfortable bed and wonderful shower (great after a hard days walking). "We were never given check in information and no one would respond to our messages or answer the phones. We did not stay here and still trying to recoup our money from this experience. Scam!!!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean. My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. Over all, for the location it was good value for money."

"Clean, comfortable room. Lovely bed."

"Parking easy and secure. Clean rooms and lovely hotel. I recommend "

"Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time."

"Very nice hotel, the room was small but comfortable. Restaurant and bar areas were great with a fantastic beer garden near the river."
