Interesting location - it's next to a Holiday Inn Convention Center hotel and a Hampton, easily reached off the highway, but not really close to anything else. There's a second-rate Italian restaurant across the lot which you can reach on foot, and the Holiday Inn has a limited bar/restaurant but for anything else you will have to drive.
The elevator in the hotel (seems there is only one) is slow and gets backed up. Breakfast is included and very limited -- feels like eggs made from a mixture, a coffee machine with lots of flavored creams but no plain half and half so you better like your French Vanilla. The fruit and bread options were a little sad.
It was a lovely warm evening when I was there but for some reason the pool was closed. That was one of the main reasons I chose this place so that was disappointing. The room was comfortable enough and seemed clean but I could hear people walking upstairs as the floors creak badly. The showers are low-flow models so you will get washed but maybe not quite refreshed. There were ample towels, a coffee machine (but no hot water kettle), and the bed was comfortable enough. So, all told, a reasonable, economical experience
