This place was not bad. Everything in my room worked as it should. The check-in was OK, but I found it disappointing that they do not let guests into the front lobby. It’s not fun checking into a hotel by passing slips of paper through a hole in 100 degree heat. It’s dehumanizing to the guests.

Perfect spot to stop after a long drive. It is old and needs updated, but cleaner than most new peoperties we have stayed at for double the price. Just grabbed the air freshner out of the car to eliminate the old smell, showered and went to bed. The bed was super comfy also. Slept great. And the staff was super friendy as well.

Older, but kept up nicely!

We srayed overnight both coming and returning from our vacation to Florida. The lady that ran the front desk was so friendly and remembered me when i came back through. She even gave me the same room when I asked for it. The hotel is older, but you can tell they try to keep it nice bd clean. The only complaint was the group of people that were in the courtyard area talking and laughing so loudly that it kept me awake for several hours. They also left. Lot of trsh laying around that the staff were clening up as I left. But tht is relly not their fault. Some people just dont have consideration for others in the hotel. It was close to several fst food places to eat, and despite being in a less than reputable part of town, it was comfortable and secluded from it.

Its an older, but well maintained, two story property with exterior room doors. My room was on the second floor and had a king bed, It was comfortable and I slept well, The bed only had a bedspread, no blanket, There was also a desk and chair as well as a mini fridge and microwave. There were plenty of electrical outlets. The sink is located outside the bathroom which is fairly small. The shower head is mounted low, around five feet off the ground, which made showering difficult. Also the water pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated a lot. There were many food options nearby.

You really should stay here! Great place!

Had an overall great stay at this location. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, tended to anything we needed and made sure to check in on us when I told the front office i may need a wake up call, Lisa made sure to come knock on our room door as a wake up call (no in-room phones). 1 small issue was the toilet in the room was off kilter so when you sat down it would throw you to the left a lil bit. Lol. Told staff of this and they sent someone straight to the room to fix it immediately! I would love yo give this place 5 stars all the way around, but it is a bit outdated, the matresses arent all that comfortable, and the broken toilet issue are my reasonings for 4 stars.

What i think was best, is that the manager was very friendly, and polite. It seems rare that, someone Actualy reads the request messages, when i ask for a first floor room. One motel person, elsewhere, said, oh, i dont read those things.

Poop in tbe bathtub room 223

From now on, ill check the tub/shower right after checking in. I didn't do that, and when i got up and took my shower in the morning, i discovered that poop had backed up into the shower, and dried. I delayed my shower, so I could turn on the shower, and let it rinse for a while, then, I took the washcloth, (which i obviously didnt use) and used my shod foot to clean the rest. I didn't bother to tell anyone, because I cleaned up the proof, and didnt take a picture. On the bright side, the person who checked me in, probably the owner or manager, was very nice.
