Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made. "This property appears very old. Rooms are small. Other hotels are moving toward changing linens every other day and that’s understandable. However, this property does not make beds or empty trash cans every day either. When we first walked in there was about one/fourth left on the toilet paper roll with no extra roll in the room. We had to ask twice to get extra towels. The vanity in the bathroom is so old the finish on the wood is beginning to curl up. It looked like there was mold on the vent...

"The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. The only thing that was a bit off putting was there was a noticeable odor in the lobby area that was present the duration of our 2 night stay. "
