Everything is convenient, only downfall, no private balcony access but on the 3rd floor you have a full blown balcony area that has viewing to the Bay to have your morning coffee, a swim or just relaxation. "Great experience ! Just a 5 min walk away from the beach . It’s not super fancy, but it is very affordable and it gets the job done ! If you’re looking for a cheap hotel that is close to North Beach and isn’t completely dirty and trash. This is a good option because it’s lower in price and they have decent rooms. "The staff was welcoming and my room was fantastic!! 3 things I need for a good stay are a nice bed, good water pressure in the shower and and tv with many viewing options. H2S took care of that and then some. Great fridge, utensils, and all the conveniences you need for a great stay. Gym was adequate as well. Excellent!"
