"We have been traveling for two weeks, stayed at a variety of places, and I think this was one of the cleanest and well equipped hotels we have stayed in. I did not want to leave because it felt so comfortable here. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds Great parking, breakfast was not bad, and we would like to mention “Heather “ at the Front desk was very Helpful and pleasant."

"Best hotel we’ve stayed in. Photos were exactly as the hotel was if not better in person. Staff was incredible. Room was more spacious than it appeared. Pool room was stunning with the windows and lovely grounds. My only complaint would be the pool was too cold for me and I hate to even complain about that bc the stay far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was awesome. Our kids LOVED the pancake machine. Super cool. We will absolutely come back next year when we visit the Strong Museum of...

"Sign at front desk said rooms are not being cleaned this week. No Kleenex, No Shampoo in shower dispenser, If you want clean towels ask at front desk . Yes it was a cheap price but without services."

"There were two issues with the stay. 1. Check in time was 3 PM but we could not check in even after 4:30 and had to wait as the room was not ready 2. Our 3 year old kid found a gummy in the couch. It’s risky, it was almost mistaken mistaken for a candy. Rest was good !"

"To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. "Picked here just for use of hot tub, it was broke. The room ac was 74 when we entered our room. Didn’t go any lower then 70 and the loud ac unit ran all night long. Would like to have had a few benches outside, nowhere to sit. Room and breakfast was good."

"Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...
