"The staff"

"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. This property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful location, great amenities and lovely helpful Staff. Only inconvenience was not having any available EV chargers (regular cars were parked in those spots and valet did not have their key/room#), however they guided us to a location nearby where we could charge - next best thing. Hotel offers free transport around the area, to the nearby shopping center. There are 2 lovely pools, 3 eateries and a beautiful...

"Nice Hotel, nice gym, nice pool beside the gym. No Bar, it was closed. No continental breakfast. Restaurant (s) are attached to hotel. Small store at the end of the hotels parking lot. Staff were helpful."

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
