"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

We are repeat visitors and use this location as one of our favorite spots to have a local staycation and have always loved it, but ever since the Hilton company took it over and it became an Embassy Suites the service & offerings have made it an even more desirable property."

"First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours."

"El aire acondicionado esta muy limitado, pasa calor uno en la noche, necesitan actualizarlo. El desayuno es excelente, huevo, frijol, papas, tocino, hot cakes, etc no muy imaginativo pero cumple muy bien. En general todo el hotel necesita un retoque, pero sigue siendo un gran hotel muy buen ubicado en tucson."
