"Booked the stay for my wife for a business trip, she said it was a nice hotel!"

"Lukewarm water for shower. Stale cigarette smell in hallways and elevator. Staff members were very nice. Didn’t not use amenities or eat breakfast."

"We booked last minute on our way home and found a gem. Checking in was easy and the property was easy to navigate. Our room was remodeled and beautiful. We have marked this hotel as our number 1 stop anytime we come through Georgia."

"The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed."

"Do not stay here!!!. Those pictures online are false. The sheets was dirty on all the beds,the rags were fifthy. We asked for clean sheets and rags, but was told those were clean and no more wouldn't be available till the next day. There was no pool either. And the building doesn't look like the pictures."

"The room to the was not clean. The bathroom tub was dirty. I took pictures of the tubb and showed them to the property manager. I told him that I can't take a shower in that tub. I was told that the tub was dirty just stained. I know the difference between stained and dirtness. Then around 11pm we get a knock on the door, it was a lady asking my husband if he wanted some company. Again around 1am the knock this time was a man at the door. The space around the toilet and sink areas smelled like...

"Room was dirty with bugs. No Phone, Sign that says no guests after 8?? People who apparently live there full time were smoking Pot in front of my room and it came in the the AC. Wow, worse room I ever payed for."

"The room had two roaches I saw before I even turned the light on. I went to the front desk and they said that was the last room. The lady at the front desk was actually really nice and understanding. But I wouldn’t stay here unless you literally just need a cheap room and don’t care what it looks like."

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"For the price, it was ideal for a weary traveler. The beds are comfortable and the shower was clean. A big plus for me is that it's dog friendly.The walls are thin and it is on the Interstate. Definitely not a vacation destination."

"Place was great location and close to anything you would need. Property was nice but room was humid, super musty and smelled like mildew. Did tell staff but they said it’s been super hot. The room otherwise was nice and bed comfy."

"The hotel was def an older hotel and nothing too great about it. Our room was just ok. Air conditioner made a lot of noise and curtains were broke. Our son’s room was terrible. Air conditioner broke in middle of night and next morning while he was in shower the water completely shut off. Front desk just said sorry. A lot nicer hotels right behind this one that I would highly recommend"
