"The staff were warm and friendly at the welcome and throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the bathtub!!! Breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful selection of hot and cold options. They helped us to arrange transport to other locations. Loved the experience and the city of Galway!"

"This property was nice. Very clean and new. However not near Galway Centre. Every time you left the property it required ordering a car which most of the time they did not come fully to the property so you had to walk to meet them. Also I arrived at 2:55 and they only had one room available which I was lucky to have been able to get but that was too close to check in time to not have most rooms ready"

"The hotel is so unique. The food was very delicious. My only two notes was that there was no hooks in the bathroom for your towels even temporary hooks would work while renovating and the bed moves very easily went to sit down and the bed moved."
