"They could not find my reservation for about 30 minutes at check in which caused me anxiety and had me trying to figure it out on my own with Expedia- but grateful the manager stepped in and found the compass cove error and all was good after that"

"Check on was easy took a little longer but went smooth. The room was very clean and smelled good. It was the ocean view which my girls and myself enjoyed the beach and pool view. The staff were very helpful when needed. Balcony was great expect the balcony handle was previously broken so I reported it. It took a few days when I saw a maintenance guy in the elevator with me and I report it to him. I told him it was broken when I checked in but the bottom part of the handle since it was broken had a sharp edge that anyone could have gotten cut. So I’m grateful that he took the time to replace that broken handle with a better and new handle which made it easier to side open and side close the balcony door."

"The remodeling the third floor we were on the sixth floor and could hear all the noise from eight in the morning till five in the afternoon. Very disruptive would’ve been nice if they told us it was under construction before we got there when we got there."

"Everything was great, except the fact that I killed four middle sized bugs Monday through Friday, and a smaller one escaped from me on our last day. My wife loves the Dunes Resort so much I didn’t tell her about my findings, but she has her suspicions."
