Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was not really comfortable and I would have liked to have access to a mini fridge. However, it was overall a very pleasant stay,"

"This hotel was what we were looking for. That old charm and not modern. You could feel the history of the building and we loved it! Our room was so big and we were able to move around after a long travel day! The staff at the front desk was fun, told some stories and welcoming. Parking was easy and free, which is so nice these days. The bed was comfortable and the two shower heads were great! Definitely recommend staying here."

"We stayed here before and really the downtown location. Stay and staff were great. Breakfast pretty good for complementary. Small issue of difficulty finding a functional fridge on 3 tries, but management was kind enough to pick up the tab for valet parking as compensation for lost food, so I give them credit for that. I would stay at Hyatt, and this property, again."
