"My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels."

"The staff was friendly. And things were clean. but the facility felt run down. The elevator door was slow and loud when opening and closing. The breakfast felt very skimpy. And the first hotel, that I had to bring a slip to the breakfast so we could get breakfast. It needed updated locks for rooms. I kept accidently demagnetizing the keys, because my purse and wallet had magnets to close things with. (most women have some kind of magnet on purse or bags)."

"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "Breakfast was good. Parking good. Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole...
