The only thing I'll complain about is the doors to the room..or maybe only my room didn't have a controlled close...many times I left the room expecting it to close silently on its own .and it was a loud slam....and I had forgotten several times.. I'm not used to hotel doors not closing with a controller... I unintentionally must have aggravated someone many times.. Other than that the bed was very comfortable...close to some...
