"Amazing stay here! Outstanding service from hotel staff. Location in Racine is extremely convenient in the middle of downtown within short walking distance to the lakefront (<10 mins). Very close also to north beach area (short drive or 20 min walk). Clean modern hotel with rooftop bar with great view of the lake. Will definitely be back!"

"Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted"

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️"
