"Room heat was sporadic at best"

"The property is for weddings and not for individual travelers like us. Lacks proper breakfast room and other amenities. Also landscaping really poor."

This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. "My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny"

"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in room [Room 123]. While I enjoyed the hotel's excellent location, I encountered several issues with the room's condition. Specifically, there was no hand soap provided, and the bathtub had a significant drainage issue. Additionally, the television reception was blurry with poor resolution. I believe the property would benefit greatly from renovations to address these maintenance concerns. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future...

Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property."

Should I use one of the 2 towels given for the 2 people in the room? Just seemed like a basic thing but was annoying. And at a $400 a night hotel you could get a comfortable bed and a shower mat?"

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."
