"The AC units are preset and locked so the temp in the room never went below 72 degrees. I have health issues and I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well our entire stay. We asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay, and it was never done. We had to call down to the front desk for more towels (due to housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested).
