"I wasn't even able to check in, due to them refusing to accept either my payment method, ID, and Reference Number, due to the fact that my ID wasn't from the state. I live in another state, why would I need the ID to a state that I don't reside in? Its a legal and valid ID. I don't need to have the state ID for every state in the US, except for the State that I live in. As well, upon trying to check in. I heard from another guest that they wanted to change rooms, due to having their room's door being broken down before entry. How bad and dangerous can a place be? So I had to leave and book a hotel elsewhere."

Asked her for towels at 2:45 pm and she said uhhhh yeah I will send them and never received them. However, Nina and the male employee who worked Sunday were excellent!!!! Property is not the same from previous stays years ago."
