"I loved staying at this historic, old world hotel for a week.The rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. I was in town doing wedding planning with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating. I felt so special. My husband could not be there, so I was traveling alone, yet always felt safe and comfortable. Their drivers were top-notch gentlemen who took me anywhere I needed and promptly picked me up. "I loved everything about the property with one exception. While fairly was minor overall it did cause me personally a problem sleeping. I really wanted to rate my stay at 5 stars but the light coming in from the cottage entrance next door did not allow me a good night's sleep. For most guests this would probably not matter but any light causes me to not sleep well. I would recommend blackout curtains or a screen on the side of the door light that could block the light from entering into the...

"This hotel is literally sitting on the freeway. Our room was the closest to the freeway. No sleep due to all the road noise, racing cars, sirens, etc. The pillows were horrible- flat. We had 6 pillows just to even start to get comfortable. The parking was terrible. Had to park in overflow parking that was muddy. I won’t book there again."

"The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!"

"Check in was welcoming and seamless. Although the facilities experiencing an upgrade, our room was on a newly renovated floor away from the noise. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We will return because they offer value, excellent location and ease with parking."

"There were multiple stains and a really weird smell (not a good one). There was chipped paint in the bathroom as well. The smell is what concerned me the most idk what that was but it was like bad perfume. Bed was comfortable and amenities worked."

"There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem...
