"This was NOT how it was represented on the website. This is not a hotel. It is an extended stay that looks more like a hotel. They are not ADA-friendly, as I was not aware that I needed to request a 1st floor room because it was represented online as a HOTEL. All hotels have elevators if they have more than one floor. The only way to access the 2nd floor rooms is by walking up a huge flight of narrow stairs. When I explained that I couldnt do the stairs, I was told "You should have requested a first floor room." Immediately I asked for the reservation to be canceled without penalty as it was 11:50pm and I had to desperately find another room. I went with this as I love the Royal Sonesta in downtown DC. This property is a 1.5 "
