"There aren’t many hotels in the town of Versailles, but this hotel is very nice and looks new. The design of the lobby and the room show that. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Conveniently located to the town center and many bourbon distilleries in the area. Highly recommended. "

The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. Breakfast was great and they were accommodating to our allergies. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Will definitely be back!"

"The smell of the room was awful There was a nasty big dark brown spot in the middle of the bed. There were bugs, me and my lady found bite marks on us the next day we had a poor experience i was dissatisfied with the room entirely. It didn’t even look like it was professionally cleaned at all I’d go to red roof before I stay at this place again and that’s saying something I would’ve loved to refund for the inconvenience, but instead, when I try to explain it to the people in the office, they...

"No elevator we were on 3rd floor. Ceiling was a little low. Parking great. Communication for keyless entry was good "

"Do not stay at this hotel. The room shabby, bathtub stained, shower malfunctioning. The mattresses were lumpy. Hotel was supposedly under construction, they should not be renting roooms until the supposed construction is completed. I felt like I was at the Bate's Hotel. Overall not a good experience."

"The location of the castle was very convenient however this is NOT a castle. It is merely an event space built to resemble a castle. We arrived eaely on a Sunday and our room was not ready. We were told they would contact us when it was available but never did. Our room was next to the elevator, so was noisy. Bring your earplugs!"
