"The TV did not work in the room. No one was at front desk at 8pm to tell. When we got back from the rowing competition, we told the lady at the front desk who did try to fix it but couldn't. She did offer to move us but we didn't want to have to pack out stuff up for one night so we went without."

"The staff is great and the location is perfect for what we needed. Few things missing or not functioning when we got to the room. They where addressed the next day but attention to detail when cleaning the room would help"

"My room stinks of poop and my refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. I talked to staff about the smell in the room, but we were given some order spray for smoke, and told there was nothing they could do. The next day we talked to another staff member and they also didn’t do anything about it. Our stay at this comfort inn was terrible. Room 122 don’t stay unless you check it out first."

"I didn’t stay there an hour and I book at another hotel that same day. The young guy at the desk was stressed and a bit rude to everyone, the rooms were not worth the $100 I paid it was not a comfortable condition to be in, I did not want to even sit on the furniture. I immediately state searching for bed bugs and honestly I really would like a refund. I plan to call the health department or someone because the condition of those rooms for those prices are insane. "
