"Facility definitely needs work, like new carpets and stuff because it's super stained and kinda dingy. Our room was relatively clean but not soundproof at allll. Breakfast was decent. Pretty close to Red Rocks which is great tho! And staff was friendly. Overall okay visit. Might stay again if it was a bit cheaper."

"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"The bathroom was coated in black mold and mildew since they didn’t have bathroom fans. Also the pool was closed :( However, there was great access to restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. It also is really close to the freeway"

"We basically had this entire place to ourselves for two days, and felt like royalty at breakfast! The entire staff was great. The only "complaints" I had were that our room was a little dusty, and we had a leaky sink faucet that leaked all over the counter. Regardless, I would stay here over and over again! We stayed here for 2 Red Rocks shows, and the location was great. The small town that's closeby was also very cute and clean - easy access for groceries, dinner, drinks, etc. Loved our stay!"

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"We came in a day early and they were so kind about it and got us in our room. The staff was kind and very helpful. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast but boy it smelled good. (We had a lot packed in our short stay). Would recommend this place to stay for anyone"

"Pros: friendly staff, free laundry machines, free breakfast, well maintained property, good water pressure in shower, nice kitchenette in room Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping.
