"The room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Desk clerk was friendly at check-in, recommended a couple of local restaurants for dinner. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"For the price, the accommodation is good, but the service is poor."

"The rooms look dirty, the walls are missing paint and trim. When I was checking the bed for cleanliness I found a blood stain on the mattress cover, which the staff tried to pass off as a coffee stain. I wouldn’t walk on the floors barefoot they were sticky. The floors creak really bad so at 5am we were awake listening to the people upstairs walk back and forth for over and hour. The main areas look clean and the pool looked like it might be okay."

"The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was...

"Very nice area. Free museums at BYUniv. Breakfast was wonderful with omelets and everything else imaginable."

"There wasn’t an elevator, which is more than inconvenient! It shows the age of the property. The back door lock was broken also. This is the 2nd Quality Inn I’ve stayed in this trip and it didn’t have an elevator either. I think that fact should be clearly stated in the description."
