"The staff was amazing, the facility was clean, the location was perfect for visiting the St Louis Zoo and The Science Center. Breakfast was good, my kids and husband loved the waffles. The kids enjoyed the pool. My only suggestions would be to add a 3rd waffle maker to move the breakfast line along faster and to upgrade to smart tv’s with Netflix, Disney Plus, and similar apps."

"The evening happy hours with free and real food dinner and drinks is fabulous. I can see why there were many families with kids there. They need to get an elevator fixed."

"The room could use some work. The paint falling from the ceiling in the bathroom wasn't great, the baseboard trim was held by 4 screws and putty. The fact I left the reservation early because of drug use and someone using a BBQ while drinking on the floor above me wasn't great either. When I reached for a refund of the days I was leaving early, no manager was around to answer and the lady at the desk talked like I was a 2 yr old.. "

"Cleaning and cooking staff were always really friendly and super helpful, as well as some of the front desk staff. Housekeeping always did a thorough job cleaning the rooms. Some of the valet were also very helpful. On some days they appear shot staffed, at least in the morning, so just keep in mind you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for your car even if you call ahead. I had a room that looked like it had been broken into. Sometimes it was hard to completely shut. Also not sure what can be...

"This is such a gorgeous Inn! If you enjoy historic places, this is definitely the place for you. The ceiling's height is very impressive. The staircases are beautiful!"

"This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. It is close to WashU. The price hotel is more affordable compare to other hotels nearby. The room is clean. The beds are a bit softer than what I like but are ok. Breakfast is much better comparing to other nearby hotels I have stayed."

"Room was okay. Bathroom shower was not cleaned and there wasn’t hot water except for the morning of our departure. Swimming pool was altogether disgusting. Tiles were covered in dirt and grim all around, there was green mold on the outside edge around pool, and the water was murky/dark. Very disappointing as we picked this hotel for the pool. "
