"I LOVED staying here! It was one of the best decisions I made during this trip. Niccolò is EXTREMELY helpful, he truly does everything he can to make your trip the best it ca be. From giving us a map pin pointing the bus routes we would need to get around the city, pointing out the areas we had in mind to see and letting us know how to get there and back. "Hotel was okay. It was clean and in a convenient area near the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The immediate area isn't the nicest surrounding the hotel. There's a bus stop directly outside that attracts noise. I also find it tacky when a hotel tries to upsell you or charge extra for an early check in when I arrived around 20-30 minutes early. It's a perfectly reasonable policy if someone is arriving several hours early, but it's just bad service to do so...
