"I stood at the desk and made a reservation on Expedia . The desk clerk said it was not going through on Apple Pay so he could not give me a room. He cancelled it. I left and went to what I thought was a sister property. Expedia charged me even though I was told my card was declined. There was nothing wrong with my card. "We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff was excellent, helpful and friendly.
We forgot our toothbrushes and promptly the staff located replacements , plus cold bottled water. We were very pleased.
The breakfast was tasty and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast items. A very conscientious employee was constantly replacing food and wiping all countertops while smiling and singing.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

"Jack at the front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our room and he immediately handled the situation. He made what we thought was going to be a bad stay a great one. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Sea Grapes food was tasty and the complimentary cookies at the front desk were yummy. I also loved that the pool area closed at 10pm. All in all it was a good stay and I will definitely be back"
