"Hello, I am staying at your Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake for two nights, and my card has already been charged. I reported that the AC was not working and that water was leaking through the window. Although the AC was repaired, the window leak was not fixed. The solution provided was to leave towels to catch the water, rather than repair the leak.
I appreciate that the AC issue was resolved, but I am disappointed that the window leak remained unresolved and that towels were used as a temporary...

"I was a bit thrown off by how many State Troopers stay at this hotel but I did feel a bit safer. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the first interaction you have with them at the front desk, very helpful and just the nicest people around. We have stayed at Drury Inns before but never had the time for the kickback, which was great I highly recommend you find the time before you go out and explore Austin. One thing I will say, location is very important and this place is very close to...

"I would not rebook this hotel. My main reason for this is that the actual room was much too small, lacking substantial privacy and also lacking basic amenities including any drawers to put clothes and no refrigerator. The room has an advertised beverage cooler but does not actually chill any items and anything perishable will certainly rot. Another is was the total lack of privacy with their frosted bathroom. You can see EVERY motion of whoever you are staying with in a muted version. For...

"First room I was given the bathroom looked dirty, there was hair and dirt on the floor and in the shower. Gross. I went and asked for a new room, they gave me a new room key, went to my new room and someone was already in the room! They gave me a key to someone’s room! How does that happen. Ok next room I get there is a pair of USED PANTIES under the sink counter. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Expedia for a refund. When Expedia contacted the property the front desk refused to...
