"Really didn’t interact with any staff except for check in. Reserved 2 rooms. Elevator was not in service.
Rooms need to be cleaned better. Lots of hair in the bed sheets, light switches were filthy with grime, blow dryer was nasty sticky with all hair stuck to it. "
