"We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable. We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. "I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean, nice and quiet. The morning coffee in the lobby was a nice treat, and the dining room menu was terrific, and the food was delicious. There was a nice courtyard to relax, and the neighborhood was convenient, safe and peaceful. One suggestion: More and brighter overhead lights in room."

"Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"
