More like a boutique hotel than a hostel. Very tastefully decorated. Clean and roomy and the old building full of character. Great bathrooms/ showers. Recommend

Better than some hotels out there! Super clean and modern , friendly staff! Cant fault the place

A nice quirky place to stay in the centre of St Augustine, very convenient for all the museums and great for bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff and great pancakes for breakfast especially with the homemade adult syrup 😉

Very laid back, friendly, well organized hostel. I had a private ensuite room which was spacious and comfortable. Cats were a bonus.

Very lovley! Can't beat the location!!

the rooms were a bit dirty but very liveable imo

Overall experience here was great. Great social space. Hostel has daily events for resedents to socialise.

it was absolutely comfortable for me, who drives to Dallas und want to spend the night in the city, reasonable, fair prices by uber specially for the late night. Thanks Ross (sorry if im writing your name nit correct) for being communicative, open and welcome. it was a beautiful morning with you in the Kitchen. thanks man, stay strong. God bless you.

I got a really good vibe from my stay at U Hostel. The check-in was smooth and the staff really kind and welcoming. The coffee shop inside was a huge bonus and is fairly priced. I had a cracking nights sleep. It is hands down the comfiest bed, duvet and pillow I've ever come across at a hostel - all memory foam and very cosy. The location is a little while away from the attractions, but I walked and got the subway and was not an issue at all. There's a few great food spots less than a minute...

Great stay in the Palm Villa, walkable to the downtown area and Ybor . Definitely stay there again .

Chris on reception was always very happy to help with anything, always with a smile! Thanks Chris, you made my stay very easy and relaxing! Without a car they could have branched out and done mini bus trips to Key West and the Everglades which would make their business boom!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are lovely, the location is great and the hostel conditions are really good. The only issue was with the AC. The room was absolutely freezing when the AC was on, when it was turned off the room got really stuffy and we couldn’t open the windows and we weren’t able to control the AC ourselves and had to get a member of staff to keep turning it on and off for us. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent way for fellow travelers to meet new friends.
