"Loews is a great place to stay in Miami South Beach. We got a free room upgrade to ocean view. The breakfast was amazing (If you pre book you can safe a lot of money). There is a great pool onside with access to nice and quiet beach area. Umbrellas at the beach cost extra but banana boat and kayaks are free for hotel guests. The interior of the hotel and the rooms is upscale, our king bed + bedding was amazing. Towels are soft as they should be. They also have flavored water in the lobby and the pool area which is nice. We will come back, for sure."

"hotel it self was wonderful everything u need is right there. however the darn toilet would not flush kept clogging. keep in mind we was there for about 4 nights. ice cream area could use a makeover. but loved this place would come back when in orlando"
