"The hotel was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was they cleaned every 3 days and if you wanted your room clean it was an extra free. Our room was pretty clean but I would have liked my bed made and my sheets changed. Other than that they do take out the trash and give you gray towels. The amenities were also amazing. My two year old had a blast at the pool."

"It was a great hotel! Friendly staff and it was so close to Disney so that was nice. Plenty of good options all around plus you’re right down the street from the outlets. Safe area for everyone. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff id have to say are most definitely the best part of our experience and im not just talking about one or two ppl i mean everyone!!!!. I work in retail and everyone seemes so unhappy and I think their just here for a paycheck because they are so unhappy. These ppl didnt seem unhappy and that was refreshing to see. With all that being said they need more wheelchair walkways and not just stairs and escalators. We spent more time in long hallways and not many openings to get us to where we wanted to go that was accessible. The place is so big so prepare to do alot of walking or pushing in my case."

"Awesome stay! The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself is truly a piece of art. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were so many food options to choose from. I loved the convenience of being able to walk through the bridge connection to access restaurants and other options, whether coming from the street or from the hotel. Overall, a great experience!"

"Stayed there for the BTS concert (was awesome) with my girls! Great location to walk to the AT&T stadium or watch the Texas Rangers.. Highly recommend!!"
