"The staff works very hard to keep rooms up and area's clean. The food is average but service is very good. You have access to great pool area's and bars and direct transportation to Universal attractions. It's an excellent spot to take a vacation with our without children."

"This is the farthest thing from a resort. No amenities other than a dirty pool. This property is falling apart. “Housekeeping” leaves towels in your room.. no beds are made - nothing is cleaned or wiped down. I wore shoes in the shower because it was so dirty. There were cockroaches in the lobby and spiders in the room. Zero beach amenities - those have to be rented for $50-100 a day.. no snorkeling/water activities on site.. the charge you $131 resort fee - $15/day for parking - and $250 deposit for no smoking.. it’s a joke."

"The floors in the Junior Suite were dirty as well as the carpets stained. Not something I’d expect for an ocean view suite (and it’s price)."

"We liked the location, the amenities, the quietness. What we didn't like was they told us to call if we needed some and when we called, we were on hold for 20 minutes before we hung up. Also where we went face to face with them, they said someone would be there in 20 minutes and no one ever showed up. We went through that twice."

"The staff were wonderful especially the valet service guys , they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the surrounding areas as well and the amenities were good. The pool is a must to go to . My first time visiting them and I enjoyed my stay and I felt very safe on my solo birthday trip to them. Recommended this hotel to anyone."
