There was soap and a small bottle of lotion. Other amenities were lacking. Given the quality of the room, I'm willing to accept this as a trade off."

"I paid for the upgrade. We were supposed to get bathrobes available to us in our room and there were none. The capital view was more like a highway view. The cost of the room was way too overpriced. There was also a lack of restaurant variety."
